Lost driver support..

My friend receive a computer from japan, "SOTEC" from his wife, he said that he already reformatted the computer, that computer is license with vista, but he used window xp instead...the problem is the onboard network is not workin, no sound workin, also the video,and PCI (ive looked at device manager)..his wife lost the driver, so i looked in the internet for support driver, but i cant find the driver for this motherboard..

any idea how to fix this problem? if you guys know the link where i can download for support driver of this board pls email me at [email protected]
