Is it an older crt monitor? If so, some static is normal with these.

yes its crt.. isn't that static damaging to my components?

As far as I know, static electricity on a crt monitor is normal and will not hurt your other components. There are others on this forum with more knowledge than me that can perhaps confirm this.

im not sure if im telling it correct.
          this is whats happening
when i plug my monitor to my system unit, my unit have static and you'll be shock when you touch it.. its not too strong..

is it bad? or its ok.. i want to know because im thinking it may cause some damage to my components.

how about my computer suddenly turning off without any notice? do you thinks its over heat? or can it be a bad powersupply?

i think it is cause of overheat because it usually happens when we are using it excessively. when we are doing so much in my computer. eg playing online games while watching youtube.

i want to fix this problem coz maybe if i don't fix this early it may cause big problem.

          thanks for the replies

That's normal - nothing to worry about.

Try cleaning out the inside of the computer with a can of compressed air.
