MovieStar issue's

I think that's the name of the software.  Thing is that this is a dazzle product I put in the 05 updates for the app an export but it still occuring.  When I go to capture video it dont show anything then when I change some of the settings I'm able to get some then it just quite's an keeps that image.  I have everything connected right except for this not working.  See Batman pc

2) Visit their site
3) Determin the correct name of the Program
4) Post back with the results.

It is an I had put in the 04 but then I added the 05 updates.  Still the same results.
