hello, i have a P4 3.2GHz processor... checks in BIOS and Windows' Properties show that it is a 3.2GHz processor.

but using CPUZ, it shows that the processor runs at 2.8GHz sometimes.

how do i ensure that it runs at 3.2GHz all the time?

Some P4's had CPU throttling...the speed adjusted to the running tasks at the moment.

If you want it to run at 3.2 all the time then run prime 95 although I dont see why you would need it to be that way if you dont need it all
