This laptop is failing to start up properly. It says starting system then the task bar comes up. But nothing comes up on the main window which is blue. The arrow works from the pad and the disk light flashed at the start. clicking on close application brought up a wine glass so something is happening. Clicking on shut down dos not work. Depressing the onoff switch brought up shutting down, a flash of the disk light then power off.
