Graphics card doesnt work.

Someone downloaded a serious virus onto my computer so I got a friend to reboot it but nothing was deleted..So he installed windows vista onto my computer and now my VGA Graphics Adapter doesnt work....It says its working properly but no games will work on my computer. What is the problem? and what can i do?

VGA graphics adapter. Maybe you need to install the latest drivers. What's the manufacturer and model of the graphics card you are using?

Whenever the OS is re-installed all your drivers are gone...
They need to be re-installed.

When you reinstall the OS, usually Windows provides you with generic drivers up front, so at least you can see things on your monitor. But to make use of all the features that comes with the card, you should install the latest drivers from nvidia, ati or intel (depending on what kind of card you have in your system).
