Hello, I am need of help. Micro-Soft Windows XP 2002 Home Edition SP3 .99GBram 3.06GHz CPU. If there's anything else you need let me know. At a random point this morning my computer encountered an error and the pop-up said shutting down in .. seconds please save any unfinished work. When I restart my computer my back round had changed into "WARNING system is infected please use your anti virus system" it then open "Advanced Virus Remover" - I know for a fact that this program is fake and is most likely the virus. It gives me countless pop-ups telling me it has found 10-15 infected trojans back doors etc. When it runs a scan it find all these viruses in less than 10 seconds. I didn't beleive it, It also does not let me access any site cotaining the words "Advanced Virus Remover" I can access any other site including this one. My anti-virus is AVG 8.0, I also have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. And I have just finished running a Scan using the Malwarebytes, which found 44 infections. It found 20 "Torjan.Vundo.H", 4 "Rogue.AdvancedVirusRemover, 2 "Trojan.Agent, 1 "Fake.Dropped.Malware", 3 "Torjan Downloader", 2 "Torjan Vundo", 1 "Hijack.TaskManager", 6 "Hijack.DisplayProperties" and 1 "Disable.SecurityCenter", If anyone can help that would be great
