yeah, unfortunately there's not really a good place to post this type of question, so apple will have to do.
There's not really much you can do if it's a flash mp3 player. My first suggestion to try would be to turn it on, let the batteries drain completely, then charge it fully again. Sometimes this works with iPods (shuffles, nanos, videos, really any of them).
