Easiest way of changing text on site

I want to make a simple website, one page (text only) has to be able to be changed in a quick and easy way. Maybe something with a login name and a really simple editor. How can I do this? thanks in advance

Will you be using a hosting service for this one page website? Most hosting services have editing tools that allow you to edit pages within a web browser view of your page. To access the editing feature, you would logon to your web server (run by your hosting service) with a username and password.
