I know something has been posted about this before, but my computer will not stay on long enough to complete the steps.  The other night I started getting balloon popups saying my computer was infected, then my background changed to a blue and black background that said "system has been stopped due to a serious malfunction."  I ran a virus scan and my computer went to a blue screen that said my computer has been shut down to prevent damage.  So I bought the newest version of Norton Internet Security and booted from the disk and it said it deleted 9 viruses but the problem still persists.  I still get the popups and popups from a program called advanced virus protection - i don't even have that program.  I want to follow the steps from the other thread about this problem, but my computer will not stay on long enough.  As soon as I start the malwarebytes scan it shuts off.  Internet only works in safe mode, and computer still shuts off about 2 minutes after I log on, not long enough to do ANYTHING!!!  What do I do?  Any help is greatly appreciated!  Thanks in advance!

attached here is my hijack this log.... took me forever to get it because my computer shuts off so fast.  Then I had to start in one of the safe modes, because that is the only mode my internet will work in, and then email it to myself so I could get it on my laptop and post it here!  Hope this helps...

Paste your HJT log into the window of the process tool and follow the instructions at the end to remove the problems....

I deleted some of the bad stuff... but still have a virus that won't go away... sdra64.exe or something like that... I'm not very advanced with doing all this so I'm kinda having a hard time doing it on my own, can someone help me out and give me some step by step directions?

did you remove this below, if not please do

          You have Viewpoint installed.

Viewpoint Media Player/Manager/Toolbar is considered as Foistware instead of malware since it is installed without users approval but doesn't spy or do anything "bad".

          More information:
          •ViewMgr.exe - Useless

          •Viewpoint to Plunge Into Adware
It is suggested to remove the program now.
Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present.
          •Viewpoint

          •Viewpoint Manager

          •Viewpoint Media Player

          •Viewpoint Toolbar

          •Viewpoint Experience Technology
