I am having problems with my laptop. I have contacted Acer and they have imformed me that it sounds like the hard drive is on its way out. This is the message that I am getting.Just asking for a second opinion. Thanks

I have tired everything that I can think of. I cannot send the info to the internet. I can not use erecovery I can not restore. I can not restore to factory settings. I do not have a back up disk. Please help
