Two browsers Two IPs One OS, how?
    « on: August 18, 2009, 07:06:30 PM »
What i'm trying to do is browse a website in two browsers at once and i need the ips to be different, and possibly
static. Please respond if more info is needed  ;)

*i don't want a proxy website because they change ips often and that would just not work for me*

If you're trying to bypass security or download limits (which I believe is what you're doing), then we can't help you.

Google an IP Hider. There are a couple of them out there, all with free trials.

if i was looking to bypass some download site i could just turn off my modem for a sec and restart or use free software but thats not at all what i need, i need two ips at once, before when i had a vps i could access the site from there. if you still think this is fishy tell me so- i can go to sleep with no answer :P

You can get IP Hiders to hide your IP for one browser.

erm, you do know that the ip-hider that you mentioned is just a software that collects proxys right?
do you know if there a way to do this for free w/o some server to tunnel through?

              Nope.

I've used IP Hiders to get to www.megaupload.com whom has blocked Hong Kong users (which is ironic because their headquarters is in HK).
