Need help program keeps wanting to install

I have no idea what this is here is the name \All users\Application Data\runescapeditor.exe my wifes friend got
on yesterday i dont even play this ugh looks like i am gonna have to change my  pc pass word again any way comes up every time i start the computer i scanned with Malwarebytes and Super Anti spy ware and its still there any ideas on how to remove this its driving me crazy

Check your Add and Remove Programs. Is it in there? Can you uninstall it?

Also check your Program Files and see if there are any recent additions.

If not, just delete it from the directory.
