Need help installing Alta Vista Babel Fish in Front Page 2002

I am attempting to install Yahoo's Babel Fish in the common-to-all-page area at the left of my home page - www.hotlinecy.com. I copied the script into the html view and it does not work. The script appears in text on the right part of my home page above the home page counter. How do I get the icon to appear in the common area and link to the translator?
