Sndvol.exe is a known trojan, but it can also be legitimate, so wait for a specialist to give you the go ahead to remove it.

Smeezekitty, you should run SuperAntispyware and Malwarebytes-Antimalware programs found here and post the logs. Also run HJT again and post the log.

Why are you poking around when you should be waiting for a virus specialist?

You need to follow all of the direction in the below link and post the asked for logs so that the specialist will have every thing they need.

Also like Quantos was getting at you need to stop poking around and wait for the specialist.
        You can't fix Stupid!!!

I assure you they DO conflict. Anyway, get rid of McAfee - it's really the worst out there.

Yes they do conflict.  At the very least they are interupting each others processes to scan what the other is doing.

Do what ADG suggests there, get rid of McAfee.

Smeezekitty, you should run SuperAntispyware and Malwarebytes-Antimalware programs found here and post the logs. Also run HJT again and post the log.

Never argue with a stupid person, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
