Certain web site's links won't open!

When I go to certain web sites,none of the links open. When I try to open my emails on AOL,it does the same thing! I'm using Firefox. Now when I went to my mail on IE,it opened! Any help would be great. Thanks.

Is this something new or has it always been this way? Are these Java enabled sites? Is it just links that won't work (do the sites load)? Do the links work in IE? A little more data would be helpful.

It just started a couple days ago. They open fine using IE for some reason! I use Firefox all the time,but certain sites won't let me open anything.

The sites load fine. One of the sites is AOL. It won't let me open my mail. I can get to it though.

I have the latest version of Firefox. The links work using IE.

What happens if you right-click on the link and choose "open in new window" or "open in new tab"?

Also, if you are using the Ad Block add-in try disabling it and see if that helps.

I disabled Ad Block Plus and went to the same web sites. I enabled it back,and all of the links work on the particular sites except on AOL. Could it be Firefox acting up?

Now, just the arrows that change the pics on AOL(celebrity pics,e.t.c)won't work. And opening my emails is still a problem. Again,thanks.
