very funny
it has done it ever since i spelled tamper with an 'O' as in tampor
and spellcheck caught it and now that pops up evrey time i right click

to get rid of it in firefox do this

1. type about:config in address bar.
2. search for mousewheel.withshiftkey.action
3. change it's value to 0

Interesting...
Mine is set to 2, and it doesn't do anything.
I found out, that mousewheel.withshiftkey.action can have following values:
0=lines, 1=pages, 2=history , 3=text size, false=no action
