    How could i use MS-DOS to kill virus?

    By deleting the associated files and registry entries, but that is not a way to remove a virus effectively/completely.

    Why? Is something wrong?

    that wont work if the virus is on a NTFS partition
    because dos can only read and write to fat32 without 3rd party sawftware
