playing video news snippets

I run Vista. When I try to play some videos, I get a message saying the following:
iexplore.exe
ASSERTinLSP
g_socket_data.Lookup(s)==0
capture\lsp\nolsp\wsp_patches.
cpp:1313

Then it gives the choice Abort,retry,ignore.
