uninstall clear all history 4.7

Hi, I downloaded clear all history 4.7. thought it would be a good idea . when i go to uninstall it it says it is still running. it tells me to open it up and select exit to stop it running. however whenever i try to open it it says you have chose to uninstall clear all history please exit first and wont let me open it. Help !

If you want a program that cleans the hisory and all of the other crap from your hard drive, try CCleaner. I use it and love it.

thanks mate. but im more concerned on how to uninstall this clear al history 4.7. any ideas? when i try it says program still running and i cant acces it ti stop it running
