    Second monitor with a laptop

    Hi

    I have a laptop for 2 year now and i want to add a second monitor with the laptop
    now my question is can me videocard do this or not
    there are some outputs on the leftside of the laptop for the seceond monitor

    some info about the pc and the second monitor that i want

    laptop: HP Pavilion dv9000
    Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium
    Videocard: NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS (256 MB)

    well the second monitor that i want must have a resolution of 1920 x 1080 Full HD
    i want to use the second monitor for everything that why i want it
    i want to use my laptopscreen but not so much as the monitor screen so what kind of monitor do i have to buy and what kind are good for me with the specs that i gaved you guys
    again to make it clear i want to use both of my screens but i will use the second monito more much more that the laptop screen

    any help would be great

    plug another moniter in and set it as your main moniter
    and choose extend my desktop into thie moniter for the laptop screen
