Hi!
I've got a WIndows Vista Laptop. I've had it for a while, and until now it has been working fine. A couple of days ago, I encountered a problem. The computer is turning on, but it's not starting like it should. It keeps telling me there is a problem with the kernel.
I don't need the computer fixed (although if anyone could help me with that, it would be great).
All I acutually want is to retrieve the info from my laptop and put it onto another computer, if there is anything to save.
I was told that my info was still in the computer somewhere, and has a chance of being saved.
