The Start/Run on my computer is missing. I looked up in the Internet that I could substitute Windows R. It generated a message which said: "This operation has been disabled due to restrictions etc. Contact your system administrator.I am the administration. What is the nature of my problem? Is it a virus that made the Start/Run disappear?
