Can't login Window?

I have experienced some problems these days. Last week, when I was using my computer, a table pop up with this Note: "COM surrogate stopped working ". Then I tried to fix it up base on some directions on the Internet by google ( http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/fix-for-com-surrogate-has-stopped-working-error-in-vista/ ). Then it didn't work. So I undo everything that I had done. The error still kept appearing every time I close it. Later on, there were some like this appeared. They all said that there were something stopped working ( all of the stop-working are in 'system32', the file name ends with .exe) Few days later, I even couldn't login the normal Window, it said: "sink to receive asynchronous callbacks for WMI client application has stopped working". Then I open in safe mode with network to find some help.

Can any one/expert help me out?
