This is annoying me

I have something on my computer thats really giving me a hard time. I had Mbam and Avast to start with and it started out being Antivirus 2010 and something else, it wouldn't let Mbam or Avast run or even open, still won't. How in the *censored* do i get this off my computer, can't wipe and re-install cause if i use a boot start up disk it says c: drive is invalid drive specification. Please help me out.

Ok tried all of that and it didn't work. Tried re-installing Mbam and renaming the .exe file that didn't work either so now what? Anyone have a link for desktopclean? That worked really well last time. Should i try using malware bytes in safe mode(re-naming it and all that).

OK well heres the problem with that it wont let me use Mbam or avast cause it says the path or file cannot be found. I've even tried changing the Mbam.exe name to something else and it works for 30 secs then closes and wont let it open again, so now what?

use a clean pc download all below to a memory stick and run on your pc and save the logs to post here
