HARDWARE MALFUNCTION MESSAGE

my computer will frequently halt and my monitor turns blue with a message stating: hardware malfunction, please contact vendor. i'll also get occassional computer freezes.
what could be going on?

When does this happen? When you run a certain program, or perform a certain action? Which operating system are you using?

Have you added any new hard ware to this pc.......Do you mean stop error......Irq_ less_than_equal.....

msoft.......is begining to control.......not ....only the software side........but the hardware side......

oh look i have just but a microsoft pc.......but guess what is still crashes.......maybe it will burn also...end.
