SCSI/RAID Host Controller won't start

This is the status when I check it in Device Manager. How do I fix it? I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the device and drivers.

Win XP Pro
Aopen Barebook 1557 GLS (notebook)
Pentium Centrino 2 Ghz
1 Gig Ram
7200 RPM HD

did you load the raid drivers on installed winxp??f6 i think?
