Is there any way to copy the O.S., firewall, and anti-virus onto a DVD and put it on a blank hard drive?

Look into imaging apps such as Ghost or Acronis True Image...
I prefer Acronis but a good free alternative would be Macrium Reflect.

I use windows default back system.
just include the system state... Its pretty easy to use and no need for any software to install. :)
