    black lines over screen

     whenever i left click and drag the mouse in a square shape it goes away...but the lines cover the internet window around the edges too sometimes...idk what this could mean im a computer noob hahaha

    What were to doing when this started? I have seen screens like this when the wrong ram was added. We need some more information.

      i have never added ram...i dont know what else you need to know...it started doing it so i put my computer back to factory settings but it is still doing it...it only does it when i am online
