I used the CCleaner to remove unwanted cookies. My understanding is that if I accidentally removed a cookie that was useful, a new one would be loaded next time I visited that particular site, right?
After I used the CCleaner, for some reason I could not get into my Yahoo email account. I don't know if there's a cause & effect there or not. I use Mozilla Firefox 5.0 on a PC. I have McAfee Desktop Firewall 8.5
I can get onto the yahoo webiste, but when I tried to log onto my email account I get the following error message:
Connection interrupted
The connection tot he server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.
It kept doing this so I uninstalled Yahoo from my add/remove programs. I went on the Yahoo home page, which I could access, but when I try to sign up for email again, I get the same connection interruption message. What now?
