    Faulting application svchost.exe

    I have problem with pc at my work. It alway show (Generic Host Process for Win32 Services) when I click button close, pc start stuck can not do anythings until manual restart. I try to update to sp3, use hot fix, update some security and use RegCure, remove some program but still the same.
    Please guide me if have any things to do on it

    This Event view Log:
    Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module AcGenral.dll, version 5.1.2600.2558, fault address 0x000116e2.

    Are you using Kapersky AV?

        AVG for my pc and symantec for my work. I not yet to solved for them about this

        Are you saying you get the same error on BOTH your home and office pc's?
