It may not be compatible with 64 bit so didn't actually install. http://www.viewpoint.com/technologies/viewpoint-media-player.shtml#system-requirements

Delete An Uninstall Entry

  • Start HijackThis
  • Click on the Open the Misc Tools section
  • Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
  • Highlight the entry you want to remove.
  • Click Delete this entry
