You have to stop Stopzilla process first.

Tried the link. Followed the steps. Everything I tried didn't work. I exited the program from the toolbar.
Went to Processes under task manager and ended it. Found the source files under shared users and made sure that all right  & privledges were enabled. Went to Program features under control panel. It won't uninstall. Can't remove the folder under all users. Says it's being used by another program. Help.
