i have an EPSON EPL 5800L printer.
am trying to print some documents, after printing the document the printer is not deletint the job. the other document still in queue. i think has a problem with the cleaning steps.
what i can do to solve this problem

Try updating/reinstalling the drivers for the printer from the manufacturer's website...
