downloading problems

I really dont know which board to post this query

I am unable to download  films@documentreis
The start then stop and eventually freese
Also I can,t get sound
These problems > just occured<?
My system is WindowsXP Professional
Incidentaly ,I some times get >>Not enouch band width << ?

Where are you downloading these files from? Or how are you downloading them?
What internet browser are you using?

I use Internet Explorer

My downloads are from BBC I Player ,4 on Demand also  Documentary film Network

I have solved my problem through experimentation

I am inproving my knowlege of computerization
