I have been working on this for about 12 hours now. Received this error yesterday. Followed instructions for repair with original windows CD. after 100 tries, it said it copied. Restarted puter and same error appeared. Did diagnostics test and received an error code for unit 1 drive self test failed, byte=70.
Dell inspiron 1520, not even 2 years old. What next?
