    unable to open microsoft

    I am unable to open microsoft and some ther sites. I have used pc tools spyware doctor to scan and clean system. Pinging the sites fail.

    Restart the computer and tap the F8 key immediately until you come to the Advanced Boot Options menu... Select "Safe Mode with Networking"  When it finishes booting, try opening the sights and tell us what the outcome is.

      Thanks a whole bunch. I actually had to buy an antivirus and cleaned the system all
      out. It worked after that.
