While running the installation program on my Dell Dimension E521 desktop using Windows XP I keep getting the exception"setup cannot continue because an unexpected error has occurred". I tried rebooting and running the installation again with the same result. I've installed this software on a laptop running Vista with no problem.
Thinking it could be a driver problem I tried loading Driver Detective Installer but got error 1606 "could not access notwork location:
