Beeping, computer does not properly start..

Hello all,

Computer does not properly start, no display.

Came across this page,

Problem is: I do not know how to identify the POST problem based on my beep code.
The beeps are as such, two quick beeps a pause and then eight consecutive beeps.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Apologies is posted in wrong forum.
