Im having a problem with utorrent , i usally nuke my uploadspeed while im downloading because it takes so long to download files while im uploading , when i was using windows XP , i could right click the file im downloading and adjust the bandwidth options so it would only upload at 10/kbs , ive done the same thing on windows 7 , nuked it down to 10kbs from unlimited and it still goes over 30/kbs.
Anyone know how i can fix it?
Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.
