    Is this one of the best or best defrags out there still?

    If not what do you folks suggest.

    IMO Diskkeeper & PerfectDisk (my preference) are the two best. O&O is also highly rated. There are many that are almost as good though. BTW, the built-in defrag utility in XP is the diskkeeper engine.
