cure for msrun32.exe virus in windows98

my windows98 computer doesn't have net connection. Can anybody suggest the proces for removal of msrun32.exe virus. AVG is not working as it don't have net connection. Also have some trouble with notepad.exe. Please sugest the reoal process. I don't know much about the registry editing.
