I have a screen LCD 22. Appears on one of the parties. A black spot. During operation. 1 cm * 1 cm as if burned. What is the reason

What application does this occur with?

I've noticed a couple of games that will do this to my LCD while they load and adjust the resolution.

Does this only occur while the application is loading or does it stay on the display after the application has loaded?

Use soft damp cloth, rub gently.  8)
