Newbie needs help

I'm not sure if I posted this to the right place.

But anyways, I have an Hp Mini, which I purchased a little over a week ago. Starting today, when I attempt to turn it on, I get a flash of a blue screen, and it restarts itself over and over again.

What could be causing this?

Tell us, if any os is installed in your system or not ?
if yes which os ?

THEN ONLY WE CAN SOLVE...

without installing os nothing appear on the screen except the BIOS screen.....

wilde_thing, I would like to welcome you to CH.  It's too bad about the circumstances though.

You say this is a computer that is only a week old?
If that is correct then take it back for warrany service work or a replacement.

You paid for the warranty, you might as well use it, and get the system that you expected when you paid for it.
