    Acer Aspire L5100 Desktop PC
    « on: November 17, 2009, 03:16:24 AM »
Does anyone have an Acer Aspire L5100 Desktop PC?

The unit has a small form factor.

I need to know the name of the onboard Network Adapter. (Ethernet controller)

This should be listed under Device Manager.

Thanks in advance and here's hoping!!!

No - I still need to know the name of the network card in an Acer Aspire Desktop L5100.

This may help me locate the correct driver.

      So far, no luck.

The driver is listed in a link in your other post...

I have used the link and downloaded all available drivers.

None of the available drivers are correct for the ethernet adapter.

I just want to ask anyone who ALREADY HAS  an Acer Aspire L5100 Desktop, to please look for the make and model number of the integrated NIC.

         ???
You are using the wrong driver; you wouldn't be asking for the make and model of the integrated NIC because it's listed on the Acer website for you to plainly see.
        It's a Realtek NIC.
