Access denied to my own folders
« on: June 20, 2005, 05:54:42 AM »
Hi

I recently had some problems with XP Pro and before clearing the drive i wanted to back some files up onto my other machine. So i stuck the drive in the machine and started to copy files onto the machine. But when i try to access the "my documents" folder on the hard drive it comes up with an access denied error. I desperately need to gain access to my folder as i have important documents inside.

Regards

Luke

No... there is no security tab... only a sharing tab... and there is no advanced option on it. :-[
