Hard drive's free space decreases over night..Help!

Hi there

I have a problem with my laptop that I use at work. Although I keep deleting stuff I don't want, the free space of the hard drive decreases rapidly within an hour without installing anything. Could you please help me cause I am an engineer and I cannot connect and test any hardware at work since I suspect its a virus or smth.
