Windows Live Messenger: Error 80048820

I click the Windows Live MEssenger icon pinned to my taskbar and it goes to sing me into ms and fails giving me the famous

We can not sign you into windows live messenger
signing into windows live messenger failed because the service is temporarily unavailable. please try again later.

click troubleshoot to try and fix this problem.

then i do all the little things and get the Error Code 80048820

so i google it.

it get tons and tons of things telling me to:

Check the date and time.

Check fire wall

open internet explorer, tools, connection and what ever about unclocking and clicking boxes.

Check anti virus programs.

heres what i have done.

Installed bitdefender scanned,

install maleware bytes scanned

unistaled them both and installed avast scanned.

did every step there is out there online.

reset my time at least 30 times

resorted my pc to a date so far back i had to completely reinstall stuff.

deleted msn with a program that wipes the computer clean of anything related to the thing your deleting.

installed other msn like programs.

checked the .net services site.

went to pchelpforum.com where they told me *censored* i already tried.

THE DATE AND TIME IS CORRECT, FIRE WALL IS OFF AND ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS ARE GONE AND STILL NOTHING!

If the problem doesn't get fixed soon my wonderful Toshiba M300, with windows 7 ultimate is going to become one expensive boat anchour.

Perhaps others will be along with suggestions.

BTW this is a known issue with Messenger 9.0.

IT also happens with al msn clones like Pidgin and aMsn

It appears to be a registry error according to some search results.

Try a system restore to before the date it started happening.

i restored it to the date i installed 7 and it still had the error.

What exactly have you tried so far so  we can narrow things down ? ?

Anything involving typing .dll files into the run box.

anything involving correcting internet settings and lan settings in internet explorer.

reinstall msn and live.

restore pc to dates earlier than problem.

shut fire walls down, scan for maleware spy ware and virus's

installed many different virus programs and deleted alot.

followed every step msn help gave me to a t
