    DSL problem

    I have DSL and the problem is that it works on one telephone jack, but it will not work on the other  jacks.  The telephone works on all jacks.  So, how come DSL want work on all jacks?  What do I ned to do?

    I would recommend contacting your ISP about this issue.

    Do you have the filters on the jacks in question?

      There are filters on each jack.

      Are you removing the filter before trying to use the DSL on the other jacks in question?  If so then contact your ISP.

        Are the different sockets on different telephone lines from your telco. also, depending on the age, the line may not be compatible with your adsl service. I had a similar problem, where I could not get a particular service, because the copper telephone lines had an incompatible coding on the line. Ring your telephone service provider and have a chat to them about this.
