They recommend to install it in a new folder.
I did just that.
I'm not sure, if I like it better, than ver. 2

I have to tell you....after running it for 1 day, I gave back and I went back to ver. 2.

Couple of reasons:
1. No matter what I tried, it wouldn't connect to Gmail POP server.
2. Several of my add-ons wouldn't work, even with Mr. Tech Toolkit installed.
3. I didn't like expanded message header, which is not shrinkable. Actually, there is an add-on, which apparently will do it, but I discovered it after I uninstalled ver. 3.

In Server settings are you using port 995 and SSL for the POP settings ? ?
Because the defaults don't work here...
